WE RING THE WHITE HOUSE DOORBELL, AND
SOMEONE ACTUALLY COMES OUT TO MEET US.

After dozens of fruitless attempts to contact someone, anyone, who could get us in the door, we finally resorted to simply walking up to the White House and ringing the doorbell. Well, it’s not a doorbell in the normal sense. Sure, the button thing you push is almost exactly like a normal doorbell, but instead of a door, it’s mounted to a heavily-guarded iron gate. And instead of sending a melodic chime into the home of a friend or neighbor, it sends a silent signal into a glass Secret Service booth. But it doesn’t take long before that silence is shattered, as me and Brian soon found out. Not long after we pushed the button, we found ourselves on the business end of a frighteningly authoritative “Can I help you?,” blasted from a bullhorn atop the booth itself. We nervously explained that we had an electric motorcycle for the President, and were told to stay where we were. After what seemed like an eternity, a stone-faced Secret Service officer emerged from the booth and strode toward us. This was it. Prison. Waterboarding. Sensory deprivation. But when the officer extended his hand, it wasn’t holding a taser; instead he gave us a phone number to call, and said someone would be right out. And moments later, to our disbelief, we were greeted outside the gates by an actual White House attache, a friendly young woman in a gray business suit who thanked us for our offer, and immediately returned us to the bureaucratic vortex by suggesting we call the White House Press Office and ask THEM if they could help us. Hey, at this point we were so relieved not to be in Guantanamo Bay that we actually felt blessed by the magnanimity of the gesture. Anyway, it all proved to be another dead end, but we’re not beaten yet.

I’m doing my part for a non-profit haiti organization that is dedicated to
building oppurtunities for the kids in haiti. If anyone wants to donate then then please do so here:

Donate to Haiti or Help Haiti

They provide kids in Haiti books and teach them.

    And yes, they’re legit.

In today’s rocky economic climate, most households are cutting back wherever they can. I too faced the problem and wated to cut down on
cable tv, I tried P2P, but then not impressed with it. I started collecting ways to watch my favorite tv shows online.
I have listed then in my blogspot, I try to cover as many tv shows and matches as possible, to help others like
me to watch their favorite sports or tv shows online for free.

But my list is not complete, I don’t know where to find some international shows, for sports you have numerous resources, Can someone here help me with that?
Please tell me you favorite shows that you watch regularly and also some ideas to cover them. If you need to know the shows that I cover, then visit my blogs

    Adidas Forum
Now here is a shoe-in for the list of the year’s best gaming-related clothing : Adidas has brought back its ZX 500 running shoe, and, since it originally is from the ’80s, the gaming electrified design and coloring is an easy choice … Right? The kicks would possibly not be the coolest part of the deal, either ; they come packed with a combo bracelet/USB flashdrive containing ZX Runner, a computer game based on … The shoe itself.

GameCulture writes the game stars a personality named’DJ Zed’ who, according to Adidas, has 5 mins to’run, moon-walk, climb walls, avoid some dodgy-looking thugs, collect power-ups, and pull off loony rooftop-to-rooftop stunts’ to get on-stage before his set starts. It looks suitably retro — see for yourself in the video we’ve included after the breakdance.

    Hi guys,

I know this might be a bit off topic but seeing that a bunch of you own websites, where would the best place be to host. Someone recommended I use Blue Host for $6.95 a month which seems like a great deal. Anyone here on http://www.shockingbarack.com using them?

I just discovered SatelliteTV on my PC! Ultra cheap at only $50 once off to get the software and an account on the Internet. I get more channels(in HD I might ad) than I get on cable so tomorrow I reckon I’m going to cancel my cable subscription. Thought I’d share this with you guys, worth to check out.

The French gourmet cheese Bleu d’Auvergne has a wonderful aroma, a rich taste; the saltiness increases with the incidence of veining. The overall flavor is piquant but not overly sharp. Bleu d’Auvergne started life as an imitation of Roquefort, using cow’s milk in place of sheep’s milk. Legend has it that a peasant, around 1845, decided to inject his cheese with a blue mold that he found growing on his left-over bread (the motto being, waste not, want not). And thus, the gourmet cheese Bleu d’Auvergne was born. This French gourmet blue cheese comes from the region of Auvergne and the cheese is made from milk of Salers and Aubrac cows. The rind is very thin and so the cheese is usually wrapped in foil. The cheese is rich and creamy with a pale yellow color and scattered holes and well-defined greenish-blue veining. We cut and wrap this cheese in wedge of 8 ounces and 1 pound.

What We're Doing

Our plan is to retrace the route of the automotive CEOs who went to Washington DC asking for government loans. But instead of looking for aid, we'd like to present President Obama with a homegrown solution to the transportation crisis. And instead of flying in a corporate jet, we're riding Brammo Enertia powercycles. We're just a couple of guys who work for Brammo, but we want to show that there's a better way to get from Point A to Point B. And we want to have a little fun while we're doing it. So join us as we surf from plug to plug in a quest to meet Obama, fueled by nothing more than electricity and the kindness of everyday Americans.
